The
Garland Master Convection Oven features:
- Gas and electric models available
- Stainless steel front, top, and sides
- Two-speed, 3/4 HP convection motor
- 13-position rack guides with six oven racks
- Porcelain enamel-coated oven cavity with coved corners
- 60/40 dependent door design with double-pane thermal windows and
patented "Safe Door" feature
- 12-gauge stainless steel, mig-welded legs which bonds the leg components
together for maximum strength

The
Foodservice Technology Center has developed an "Energy Conservation
Calculator" to determine a customer's water usage. With Fisher's
Ultra Spray #2949, a yearly savings of $703.00 can be realized
by simply retro-fitting standard pre-rinse spray.
The Ultra Spray Valve was also determined by the FSTC to pre-rinse
dishes faster than the standard spray valves on most pre-rinse units.
The 2949 replaces all other spray valves, is fully interchangeable,
and no tools are required...
Contact us to have a Vader
& Landgraf representative show you the way!

NOTE: The Salvajor Company was voted "Best in Class"
in a survey where foodservice dealers and consultants voted for manufacturers
who they considered to be "Best in Class" in 45 product
categories. "Best in Class" is defined as "The
manufacturer doing the best job providing the quality products
and services to help sell, satisfy, and maintain customers."
All
New Manual Reversing Control (MRSS):
- There are 2 enclosure sizes. The 7" x 9" enclosure is
a standard size. A 12" x 12" enclosure will be furnished
when the optional Line Disconnect (LD) feature is specified.
- The enclosures are manufactured to NEMA 4X Watertight standard,
which will insure that safer connections can be made.
- The MRSS uses the START-STOP push button function which requires
a worker to restart the disposer after a power interruption. This
safety feature prevents
automatic starting of the disposer that could cause bodily harm to
the worker.
- The smaller enclosure uses the same mounting bracket as the Model
WJ, which allows for easy replacement.
For overall safety for the worker, we recommend when operating voltage
of a disposer is over 250 volts, that either the Salvajor Model ARSS-2
or ARSS control with 24 volt safety circuitry be used.
